9:15 am Exercise – seated, upper/lower body circuits yoga 2x a week.
10:15 am Active Game – darts, balloon volleyball, beanbag toss, kickball, and bowling.
11:00 am Cognitive — word games, trivia, singing, music.
1:00 pm Social Hour – local virtual performances, group discussions,
poems, stories, puzzles, music, and monthly manicures.
2:30 pm – weekly crafts, documentaries, virtual traveling, bingo.
3:30 pm – odds & ends wrap up the day, finish crafts or videos, open discussion.
4:00 pm – Relax / unwind before dinner with a movie in the Living Room.
6:00 to 8:00 pm – Cognitive / Social – music, trivia, word games.
